We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 2-4 business days. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions. Also, please add any extra delivery instructions to the comment section of your order.

Damaged Shipments

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@cariuma.fr. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
