We want you to love everything you purchase from Cariuma, and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our website and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days in France. Return fees apply. 

Regarding sales and outlet products the return has to be done within 14 days from date of purchase in Europe and will be charged.

Exchanges: We do not do direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order online.
